Shipping Policy

Orders placed on wearmetal.shop are fulfilled and shipped by Bioseren Medical Solutions Private Limited, operator of the Wear Metal brand, from our Kotambi, Jarod (Vadodara) workshop.

1. Where we ship

We ship across India. International shipping is not available yet; it will be added after launch once our fulfilment is stable.

2. Dispatch time

Orders dispatch within 3–5 business days from our workshop in Kotambi, Jarod (Vadodara district, Gujarat). You’ll receive an email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves.

3. Delivery timelines

From dispatch: metro cities 2–4 business days, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities 4–7 business days, remote pincodes up to 10 business days.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode. Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999. We accept online payments only — no Cash on Delivery.

5. Delays

If your tracking hasn’t updated in five days or more, email us with your order number and we’ll chase it down with the courier.
