These Terms are entered into by Bioseren Medical Solutions Private Limited, a Private Limited Company incorporated in India, with its registered office at Room No. D, Survey No. 781/2, Kotambi, Jarod, Vadodara, Gujarat 391510 and GSTIN 24AAOCB0099D1ZS (“the Company”), which operates the Wear Metal brand. By using this website you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Wear Metal is a brand operated by Bioseren Medical Solutions Private Limited, a Gujarat-registered Private Limited Company. We design and machine men’s metal accessories in India. Our first product drop is a two-piece collection of titanium cartridge pendants — the Rifle Cartridge and the Pistol Cartridge — available in a range of anodized finishes. More products in the same family will follow.

2. Products

Every item sold on this website is a precision-machined, solid metal accessory. These are inert objects. They contain no gunpowder, no propellant, and no explosive material of any kind. They are not firearms or firearm components and cannot be used as such. Products are modelled on the silhouettes of common cartridge cases purely as a design reference.

3. Pricing and taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including GST. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price you see at the moment of checkout is the price you pay.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we confirm dispatch. Before dispatch we may cancel an order for any reason, including stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — images, copy, design, logos, and the Wear Metal name and wordmark — is the property of the Company or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
