Is it a real cartridge?

No. Solid, precision-machined from titanium bar stock. No primer, no powder, no hollow casing.

What is the multishade finish?

A limited-edition anodized finish, a green-to-blue gradient grown in the titanium oxide layer. Because it is formed by hand-controlled anodizing, no two multishade pieces are exactly alike.

How is the colour made?

The five colours are anodized titanium. The colour is an oxide layer grown electrochemically on the surface, part of the metal itself. It will not chip, peel, or fade. Natural Titanium is the bare metal, with no anodizing.

Will it react with my skin?

Titanium is biocompatible and hypoallergenic, the same grade used in medical implants. Only a leather cord needs occasional care.

Care: Wipe the cartridge with a dry microfibre cloth. Titanium is effectively maintenance-free. On the anodized finishes, the colour is in the oxide layer, not a coating. Spot-clean a leather cord with a damp cloth; avoid soaking. A ball chain needs only a dry wipe.

N° 02 / The object

Why this shape

The compact pistol-cartridge form, precision-turned from solid grade-5 titanium. The quiet one. It reads as an object before it reads as a cartridge.

Strung on a leather cord or a ball chain that threads through the case. Sits close, hangs clean.

Six finishes. Natural Titanium is the bare metal, and the other five are anodized colours. One is the multishade limited edition, a green-to-blue gradient no two of which are identical.
